Dr. Kanika Singroha Wins TiE Women Rajasthan Competition

Around 20 million animals are killed for testing drugs/formulations at pre-clinical drug trials. Despite this, more than 90% of the drugs fail to match the results in human trials causing loss of billions of dollars and wasted sacrifice of animal lives.

Here comes Cellverse Pvt. Ltd., Co-founded by Dr. Kanika Singroha who has a vision to revolutionize pre-clinical testing procedures by developing non animal disease models for drugs/formulation testing.

A Stanford India Bio Design Fellow, Dr. Kanika is the winner of TiE Women Rajasthan competition and will represent TiE Rajasthan in the finale at Singapore. She has recently secured Rs. 50L in funding commitments during TiE SmashUp 2023 apart from various govt funding and aid worth Rs. 1 Crore.
